Senior Business Analyst SAP HRM
Location: Remote NY
Role Overview:
Support HR/payroll processes and work closely with SAP systems to meet business needs ensuring compliance and data privacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR/payroll teams to provide subject matter expertise and oversee SLA compliance.
- Lead Disaster Recovery (DR) planning testing and support SOX compliance.
- Document business needs into functional specifications and support user training.
- Maintain ongoing support for critical HR/payroll functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 4 years of experience with HRM systems and SAP.
- Strong analytical communication and vendor management skills.
Preferred:
- SuccessFactors certification team leadership experience and an advanced IT degree.
