Job Description
Job Title: Principal Technology Consultant SAP HRM
Location: Remote New York (NYNJ CT candidates preffered)
Role Overview:
Seeking a Principal Technology Consultant with SAP HRM expertise to support HR/payroll processes and optimize SAP product use. This remote position requires occasional onsite work and involves SAP HCM technology enablement process improvement and direct support for HR and Payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and support for SAP HR/Payroll modules (Personnel Management Payroll Time Management).
- Maintain system reliability support disaster recovery and manage incident response.
- Oversee thirdparty vendors for configuration project delivery and support.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure effective business process integration and system optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 6 years of experience with HRM systems and SAP products.
- Strong analytical communication and vendor management skills.
Preferred:
- SAP or technical certification PMP or experience in project financial planning.
