Job Description
- 1 years of employee and performance management experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays
- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts
Often have direct reports and are responsible for daytoday operations in your assigned area.
You may be involved in various operational tasks including:
Monitoring performance metrics
Conducting audits
Implementing Amazons procedures and programs
Participating in training programs
L4 managers are expected to adhere to and promote Amazons leadership principles.
Youll strive to improve and streamline processes
You may be responsible for specific operational areas or processes within a facility.
Key job responsibilities
- Ensure the KPI targets are met
- Should be able to work with stakeholders actively and execute improvement projects on ground
- Work with teams to deliver and stick to the required schedules
- Deliver good DPSs experience
- Work with carriers to engage on linehaul performance discussions and other requirements
- Work closely with Procurement finance and other stakeholders to help resolve carrier issues
- 1 years of performance metrics process improvement or lean techniques experience
