Job Description
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Familiarity with technologies such as PHP, vue.js, Github, AWS, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, and MySQL.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle management.
- Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
