Job Description
An outstanding primary school based in Redbridge is seeking a dedicated and proactive fulltime Year 3 teacher to join their team starting November 2024.

Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:
- As a Year 3 teacher you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of pupils creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Delivering the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 3 pupils focusing on individual learning targets encouraging their strengths and addressing areas for growth.
- Developing literacy and numeracy skills through wellstructured differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
- Supporting students social and emotional development fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitoring pupils progress providing feedback and communicating with parents regarding their childs development.
