Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a fulltime OB (Labor & Delivery) Nurse Manager position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Zanesville OH 43701
Start Date: 10/30/2024
Shift: Days FullTime
Salary: $81000.00 to $107000.00
Benefits: Relocation assistance is negotiable. The manager is eligible for an annual atrisk bonus payout of up to 12% of the base annual salary (dependent on Genesis Balanced Scorecard performance).
The L&D Operational Nurse Manager oversees an ObstetricsLDR Model with 10 Labor Beds 3 Antepartum/Triage private rooms and a Mother/Baby Model with 19 Beds. Additional services include the Maternal Family Education Program with Lactation Support Bereavement and Childbirth Education.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have at least 5 years of RN experience
- Previous experience in Labor and delivery is required
Education: BSN required
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Valid and current RN licensure in the State of OH
- BLS/BCLS
EMR System: EPIC EMR (Stork) is strongly preferred
