Position: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location:Sugar Land TX

Description:
Pediatrics of Sugar Land is looking for a dedicatedPediatric Nurse Practitionerto join our compassionate and expert healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide patientcentered care with diligence and professionalism working collaboratively to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and manage acute chronic and episodic pediatric illnesses.
- Prescribe and administer treatments and medications as appropriate.
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams on pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement effective patient management protocols and plans of care.
- Coordinate with physicians specialists and other healthcare professionals when necessary for patient referrals.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.
- Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation using EMR systems.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
- Completion of a pediatricfocused Nurse Practitioner program.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to function in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills.
Skills Required:
- Experience:Preferably 1 year of experience in a pediatric clinic or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in EMR systems:Essential for managing patient records.
- Familiarity with common pediatric practices protocols and procedures.
- Ability to multitask manage priorities and demonstrate personal accountability.
- Superior verbal and written communication competence.
