Job Title: Business Analyst Equity Swaps Exp
Location: Boston MA or New York City NY Hybrid Project
RTTO: HYBRID POSITION
Note: *Note you will need to look at Financial Product companies to find suitable profiles per JD.
Must Haves:
Documentation (BRD SRS Test Cases) and Agile development methodology
Indepth knowledge of Swap products TRS. Portfolio Swaps Basket Swaps and Synthetic Prime Business.
Understanding of Regulatory Requirements (CFTC SEC etc.)
Experience with Equity Swaps platforms like Nuvo Prime preferred.
Experience of Product implementation / Integration essential
Detailed knowledge of Swaps Trading Lifecyle
Thorough understanding of the roles in a Trade Lifecycle Front Office Middle Office and Operations.
BA Skills:
Applying analytical problemsolving methods to projects and issues
Requirements gathering Conducting and documents analyses applying guidelines and standards
Providing recommendations about hardware software or other technology solutions
Differentiating strategic and tactical decisions
Understanding business problems and goals of users
Recommending solutions and technical solutions
Resolving conflicts between user requirements
Supporting the implementation and rollout of the proposed solution
Analyzing data to predict trends through research
Presenting your findings to business stakeholders
Ability to solve business problems through analytical and logical thinking
