We are seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to support the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Stakeholder Engagement Divisions (SED) mission of enhancing the resilience of the nations physical and cyber infrastructure. The Senior Program Manager will lead a diverse team that will support various federal cybersecurity efforts. This position will work closely with senior federal leadership to distill national cybersecurity mission requirements identify gaps in current services and draft strategic documents outlining future activities ensuring they closely align with national cybersecurity plans.
This position requires up to three days/week at the customer site.
Required Minimum Education: Masters degree
Required Minimum Experience: At least 10 years of demonstrated program management experience

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain contract staffing plans ensuring personnel are available and manage the contract budget resources and performance metrics.
- Provide program management program analysis and reporting documentation strategic planning and overall management.
- Develop and present Monthly Status Reports (MSR) including risk management strategies project schedules financial reporting and progress tracking and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements.
- Consult with subject matter experts clients and stakeholders to develop products and documentation that address critical needs or problems.
- Supervise manage and review the development of written and illustrative products that are consistent with approved style guides and standards offering recommendations for improvement throughout the process.
- Provide general expertise on a variety of topics in support of CISA activities.
- Manage a team of professionals including subcontractors ensuring high performance and contract compliance.
- Supervise and mentor staff addressing professional development and retention strategies.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- The ability to read write speak and understand English at an advanced level.
- Proficient in common applications such as MS Excel MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
- Experience providing strategic advice and technical guidance as well as managing largescale programs.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and solve complex problems in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity policies executive orders and DHSspecific guidelines (e.g. Homeland Security Act of 2002 Presidential Policy Directive 21).
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
- Experience with CISA or DHS
