Our client a dynamic and innovative healthcare and rehabilitation organiztion is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with senior management and create impactful HR processes and protocols. This position is onsite and based in Honolulu HI.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to work closely with senior management and create impactful HR processes and protocols. This position is onsite and based in Honolulu HI.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage and oversee the staffing operations of the company from recruitment to onboarding
- Properly ensure the company's compliance with federal state and local regulations
- Develop performance management programs and corresponding training materials as needed
- Develop and implement various human resources programs as needed
- Support the strategic planning process by recommending company objectives
- Accurately prepare sensitive documentation and uphold confidentiality
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 6 years of experience in human resources or related field
- SHRMSCP and/or IPMAHR certification/designation highly preferred
- Prior experience leading a human resources team
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience using HRIS systems required
