Technical Project Manager

- Ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships managing projects to meet specified timelines and budgets.
- Lead a team of technical and business resources following a structured project management methodology.
- Oversee the integration of systems requirements gathering product configuration testing and reporting.
- Directly manage client resources involved in project activities.
- Provide accurate project estimates Statements of Work (SOWs) and thorough documentation for both ongoing and new projects.
- Exercise control over project planning establishing clear success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans managing stakeholders teams risks schedules and budgets effectively.
- Address client communications and handle escalations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- Promote a culture that emphasizes quality deliverables.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction while maintaining strong project controls.
