Job Description
Job Title: .Net Architect
Location: Albany NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a lead technical architect on projects involving systems architecture engineering administration configuration troubleshooting performance tuning preventive maintenance and security procedures.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex ntier web applications using ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for ntier deployment.
- Skilled in PL/SQL for creating Oracle packages triggers stored procedures functions scripts and cursors.
- Experience in producing formal Technical Architecture documentation derived from system requirements and analyzing business requirements to implement logic within application code accordingly.
- Familiarity with ServiceOriented Architecture (SOA) integration including the development of secure .Net web services utilizing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) REST Services (Web API) message processing and Enterprise Service Bus.
- Experience in developing applications compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
- Background in using Team Foundation Server and/or GitLab for development including CI/CD practices for source code management.
- Knowledgeable in user provisioning authentication and authorization processes utilizing OKTA LDAP and RSA.
- Experience in coding and maintaining applications that handle healthcare data adhering to HIPAA regulations regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and involving HL7 and/or FHIR transformations.
