Role: Lead Backend Engineer

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
Provides best practices of ETL/ELT design methodologies architecture strategy and tactics for complex ETL solution.
Leverages deep expertise in one of the programming languages for data processes (Python Scala) and expertise in building data lakes.
Technical leadership of data engineering pipelines and assigns/coordinates work performed between offshore development team and project requirements
Proactively identify design and implement process improvements like automating manual processes optimizing data flow increase scalability etc
