- Advanced or native English speakers

Administrative Support
Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate data in databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Document Management: Organize and manage physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access and compliance with company policies.
Operational Tasks
Order Processing: Handle order processing tasks, including order verification, tracking, and coordination with other departments.
Inventory Management: Assist in inventory tracking, ensuring stock levels are maintained and recorded accurately.
Communication
Internal Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, customer service) to facilitate smooth operations and information flow.
Customer Support: Provide support to frontline staff by addressing queries related to back office processes and systems.
Reporting and Analysis
Report Generation: Prepare and generate regular reports on operational metrics, performance, and data analysis for management review.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, making recommendations as needed.
Compliance and Quality Control
Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all back office functions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on data entry and processing tasks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Technical Support
System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance of back office systems and tools, troubleshooting minor issues as they arise.
Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on software, procedures, and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining back office processes and enhancing efficiency.
Feedback Participation: Gather feedback from team members and contribute to team meetings aimed at improving back office operations.
