Job Description

Role Overview:
As the Senior Sales Manager for a luxury real estate firm specializing in villa sales you will be responsible for driving highvalue transactions managing client relationships and leading a team to meet sales targets. You will act as a brand ambassador for the company ensuring premium client experiences and helping to shape the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:
    • Lead the sales efforts for luxury villas with a focus on highnetworth individuals (HNIs) and ultraHNIs.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals including presentations negotiations and aftersales services.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
    • Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored real estate solutions.
    • Offer expert advice on property investment market trends and legal documentation.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Lead mentor and manage a team of sales professionals providing direction and support to help them achieve individual and team goals.
    • Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews for the team.
  4. Market Strategy and Intelligence:
    • Stay updated with the luxury real estate market trends pricing and competitor activity.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and strategies.
    • Assist in identifying new business opportunities including partnerships and collaborations.
  5. Sales Operations and Reporting:
    • Oversee sales operations ensuring accurate documentation timely processing of transactions and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
    • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads client interactions and sales activities.
  6. Luxury Client Experience:
    • Ensure that the client experience aligns with the luxury positioning of the company from property tours to aftersales support.
    • Organize and attend client events property exhibitions and exclusive viewings to drive engagement.
  7. Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with the design marketing and legal teams to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
    • Coordinate with property development teams to ensure timely delivery and superior quality.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 810 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 5 years in luxury real estate or highend villa sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury real estate market and trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple highprofile clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Existing network with HNIs brokers and other real estate professionals.
