Job Description
We are actively seeking a motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to contribute to our exciting eventbased campaigns in the local region. Position Overview
As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant you will play a vital role in our marketing and advertising department. This entrylevel position includes a comprehensive training program covering marketing strategies direct advertising promotional techniques visual merchandising and consumer market research. Upon successful completion of the training candidates will have the opportunity to advance to a team lead role within the marketing department.
This position reports directly to the Executive Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily development and execution of assigned event campaigns.
- Assist in customer acquisition and retention efforts.
- Develop essential leadership and interpersonal skills for longterm success.
- Drive sales through engaging retail promotional event campaigns.
- Build brand awareness through customized marketing strategies at local events.

Requirements
A passion for making a positive impact and supporting charitable causes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
