We are looking for a creative and datadriven Social Media Management Associate to manage and grow our online presence. This role requires an individual skilled in content creation analytics and engagement strategies with a focus on B2B and B2C audiences.
- Develop plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook LinkedIn Instagram etc.).
- Manage the daytoday handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn Facebook Twitter Pinterest Instagram Tiktok and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement manage a budget for social media activities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research platform determination benchmarking and messaging and audience identification
- Set up and optimize pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content
- Monitor and analyse engagement metrics adjusting strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activities with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience in social media management particularly within B2B and B2C sectors.
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Meta Business Suite).
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
