Job Description

Office Coordinator

Our client in the printing industry is seeking a dedicated professional for a role that combines reception office and records management support. This role is essential in ensuring a wellcoordinated professional front for visitors and colleagues alike as well as efficient handling of office and recordkeeping tasks.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $18.93.
7month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Daily breaks: 15minute morning and afternoon breaks.
60minute lunch break.
Onsite work in in a professional businesscasual environment.

Responsibilities:

Reception Support: Answer and direct calls greet and sign in visitors and manage visitor logs and badges. Schedule conference rooms and maintain the reception area and guidelines. Support meeting setups including coordinating room reservations and assisting with catering for external and internal meetings.

Office Support: Ensure boardrooms are checked cleaned and reset before and after meetings. Maintain stocked and organized kitchen pantry and coffee areas and operate the dishwasher daily. Order office supplies as needed and replenish copier paper twice daily scheduling maintenance as required. Manage all incoming and outgoing mail internal mail distribution and courier shipments as well as distribute faxes throughout the office.

Records Support: Manage document filing creation and retrieval coordinating onsite and offsite storage activities in line with company procedures. Conduct annual record purges in alignment with established policies.

What you will need to succeed:

Prior experience in records management ideally as a records associate.
Physical ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professionalism in a clientfacing setting with businesscasual attire required.
