MTC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Learning and Development Executive PartTime Consultant to support our training initiatives and contribute to the growth and professional development of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering excellent communication skills and the ability to assist in designing and implementing effective training programs. This is a parttime position offering flexibility and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the engineering field.
As a Learning and Development Executive your roles and responsibility will be as follows :
Core Functional Responsibilities
- Implementing various methods for elearning and online training in our platform
- Creating new course template workshop templates in our platform.
- Analyse and evaluate the organizational as well as individual development needs
- Arrange and attend different meetings and discussions for better knowledge on training ideas
- Work closely with the managers mentors and HR for better development
- Figure out the new techniques that are execute Examines the results after executing the new ideas
- Stay uptodate towards the new information that are enter into the industrial sectors regarding learning & development
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help mentors develop their team members through career pathing
- Assist in the development and delivery of engineering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our engineering team.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and trainers to create engaging training materials presentations and workshops.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions ensuring all participants receive timely and accurate information about the training events.
- Provide administrative support for training activities including maintaining training records tracking attendance and preparing training reports.
- Respond to inquiries from engineering staff regarding training opportunities resources and requirements.
General Responsibility

- Fixing the goals to achieve the target easily
- Work with reporting manager business heads and internal teams

- Participate in weekly review meetings with various teams.
- Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in engineering practices and technologies to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of training content.
- Assist in the organization of engineering workshops seminars and events to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify specific training needs and tailor programs to address skill gaps and individual development goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the overall effectiveness of the training and development initiatives

Requirements
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage training logistics effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- A proactive and selfdriven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in training coordination or instructional design (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong leadership quality with attention to detail work
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Solid knowledge of the most current technology & its processes
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire the team & coworkers.
- Bsc/BA in Business Administration or Psychology. Masters preferred.
- Interpersonal skill for helping people learn & grow
