Job Description
ERP Savvy is looking for an experienced SAP S/4 Project Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams providing direction support and motivation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Communicate project status risks and issues effectively to senior management and clients.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
- Change Management: Manage changes to project scope schedule and costs. Ensure that change requests are documented and approved.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience with at least 4 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its modules.
- Excellent project management skills including planning execution and monitoring.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. SAP certification is a plus.
