7month remote contract role candidates must be on the East Coast
Role involves gathering requirements collaboration and data analysis
Preference given to candidates with government experience and procurement experience
Primary duties include performing analysis designing technical solutions identifying information procedures and decision flows and supporting procurement processes
Expected to be involved in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Requirements include 5 years of industry experience and a 4year college degree or equivalent experience in business analytics/communications
Skills required include writing queries and analyzing data writing and executing test plans developing procurement artifacts and establishing effective working relationships
Knowledge of Agile development methodology and practices is necessary
Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
