Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Category Merchandising Manager for Womens Global Running Apparel. In this role you will focus on strategizing and managing global 3year line plans maintaining seasonal tools and assortments and collaborating with crossfunctional teams. You will be responsible for shaping product journeys with a deep understanding of consumer needs using both datadriven insights and creative intuition.
Key Responsibilities
As a Category Merchandising Manager you will:
- Strategize build and manage global 3year line plans and product journeys.
- Maintain and communicate seasonal tools and assortments across the organization.
- Develop strong relationships across crossfunctional teams working closely with footwear teams and Womens Global Running Apparel.
- Conduct indepth research and analysis to shape product decisions and line strategy.
- Balance the art and science of merchandising to anticipate market trends and meet consumer demands.
- Provide mentorship and direction to teammates fostering a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
- Lead complex problemsolving and decisionmaking processes using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in merchandising product creation or retail (experience in sportswear apparel or footwear preferred).
- A deep understanding of retail key performance indicators and profitbased metrics.
- Experience in womens apparel merchandising preferably within running or sportswear categories.
