Job Description
MW Partners is currently seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work for our client who is a wellknown leading utilities company.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of the Exactuals system to ensure accuracy reliability of payments and compliance with industry regulations.
- Verify the systems ability to accurately calculate and distribute payments preventing errors.
- Test the systems user interface and functionality to ensure it is userfriendly intuitive and easy to navigate for staff.
- Test the systems performance and stability to ensure it can handle the expected workload and meet business needs.
- Identify and document system defects errors or inconsistencies and work with developers to resolve them.
- Collaborate with the residuals team to understand their requirements and ensure the system meets their needs.
- Report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
- Experience with accounting principles and practices particularly in the entertainment industry.
- Understanding of residuals calculations and distribution processes.
- Experience with testing software applications preferably in a financial or accounting context.
- Knowledge of Exactuals or similar financial entertainment systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with test automation tools is a preferred
