Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall direct distribution staff activity throughout the region.

Set direction to grow customer base and revenue in all segments.

Lead the team to achieve business plan.

Knowledge and utilization of the Companys resources including Direct distribution sales marketing pricing.

Optimize cost and productivity of sales team and execute sales objective.

Foster a highly motivated team environment across the region.

Must understand wireless product knowledge features and competitors in the market.

AdVisit market and retailers on a regular basis for feedback on products and services and maintain a good relationship.

Ensure an open dialogue with team members.

Spot opportunities to enhance the business proactively.

Sales management experience in the wireless industry.

Responsible for Branding throughout the region.

Build and evaluate teams based on their strengths and weaknesses.

Visit market and retailers on a regular basis for feedback on products and services and maintain a good relationship.

Ensure an open dialogue with team members.

Spot opportunities to enhance the business proactively.

Sales management experience in the wireless industry.

Responsible for Branding throughout the region.

Address team performance across the region ensure quotas and deadlines are being met.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Business administration and/or marketing degree a plus.

Sales experience in telecom/retail/direct distribution FMCG and prepaid wireless experience.

At least 10 years experience in a similarly situated managerial sales role

*Language skills: English Hindu/Urdu/Spanish as a second language.
