Job Description
Job Title: Lead QA Engineer
Job Location: Phoenix AZ or Olive Branch Mississippi
Job Duration: 12month contract to start
Interview Process: Technical Screening and Coding Round
Requirements (Please only apply if you meet the criteria):
- Experience in QA/Automation
- Proficiency in Backend Java development Spring Microservices and Kafka
- Integration experience with Distribution Centers and Warehouse Management Systems specifically with Manhattan Associates WMoS
Role Overview:
As a Lead Engineer you will define code debug and modify tests for software enhancements and/or new products related to local networked or internetbased programs using contemporary programming languages and technologies. You will also manage documentation for testing installation and maintenance with exposure in the logistics domain or virtual inventory/warehouse setups.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Serve as a Java Lead with expertise in SpringBoot Microservices Kafka and automation testing tools within QA.
- Proficiency in working with multiple database systems including DB2 SQL and Oracle.
- Strong programming skills (Java JavaEE JavaScript/React etc.)
- Expertise in designing and developing scalable microservices using opensource Java frameworks such as Spring MVC/WebFlux and SpringBoot with knowledge of design patterns.
- Integration experience with Distribution Centers and Warehouse Management Systems particularly with Manhattan WMoS.
- Experience with Transportation Management systems Manhattan Slotting and Labor Management systems is a plus.
- Collaborate with Manhattan Associates to lead the design and development of new capabilities.
- Intermediate knowledge of business systems and technologies in the logistics domain including WMoS (Warehouse Management) and 3rd party logistics integrations.
