Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors service providers and other supplyside stakeholders.
- Build a strategy to identify and onboard new vendors basis requirement; commercials coverage; service support; dealer network etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Align service level agreements with vendors on various aspects of business requirements (e.g O and M TAT etc.) ensure SLAs are adhered to.
- Periodic review of vendor performance working jointly with ops and central ops to ensure issues are escalated to vendors for quick resolution
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholdersinternal and external in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiation with vendors to ensure best possible terms and conditions (commercials extended warranty credit terms etc.)
- Create a close loop cycle of customer feedback internal feedback and getting those implemented working closely with vendors for longterm sustainability of business.
Process Excellence
- Develop implement and monitor process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for process optimization and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Data Maintenance
- Work with vendors to track the performance through ticketing system Integration of vendor systems with our system to ensure data records are properly maintained.
- Review of the data jointly with crossfunctional teams to ensure actioning and process improvement
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in relevant databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all platforms.
- Generate and analyse reports to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- This role requires high degree of crossfunctional collaboration and coordination.
- Regular connect with procurement team to ensure process and end objectives are as per business requirement
- Working closely with operations and central ops in understanding the various challenges issues feedback and ensuring vendors are aligned.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiative
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed.
Team Management
- Guiding mentoring and leading teams for business aligned goals.
- Regular review and performance planning for the team
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field.
- MBA from tier1 institute
- 8 years of experience managing automotive OEMs; charging OEMs; related vendors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g. MS Office CRM systems data analysis tools).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Stakeholder management; ability to negotiate; work crossfunctional; strong bias for action and gogetter who can lead teams towards excellence.
