MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible to acquire retain & expand relationships with customers by identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions for the customer to consider & accept- Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
- Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
- Ensure fairness in all aspects of company strategy sales processes customer correspondence financial promotions administration and complaint handling
- Provide weekly/ periodic reports to Regional Corporate Manager as and when required
ESSENTIALS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing commercial relationship
- Knowledge of IT Products/ Services & Solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
- Effective presentation implementation and followup skills
- Must have transferable residence
