Job Description
- Preparing drawings for the entire design stage. This includes creating 3D visualizations and technical drawings (2D Detail Drawings & Furniture Detail Drawings). The role involves being handson in the design process from concept to detailed technical specifications.
- Working closely with the sales department to align design strategies with client expectations and market demands. This collaboration may involve understanding client needs interpreting sales feedback and adjusting designs to meet client preferences.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelors Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarinspeaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with Mandarin speaker.
- At least 3 Year(s) of relevant working experience in 3D rendering & details drawing.
- Commercial project experience is a bonus.
- Skills in design software such as AutoCAD Sketch Up and 3D Max.
