Job Description

  • Support the performance appraisal process and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all employees within the Group.
  • Oversee manpower planning job structuring and employee deployment to optimize the utilization of human resources across the Group.
  • Coordinate and oversee employee training and development programs both internally and externally.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee retention and boost engagement levels.
  • Support the execution of succession planning to ensure continuity and sustainability of the business.
  • Develop and formalize HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance is monitored.
  • Generate necessary reports and support to ESG and sustainability reporting for the Group.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the HR department.
  • Carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior as needed.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Studies Business Administration Management Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.
  • Preferably a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property development and/or with a publicly listed company will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Possess own transport
