Job Description
- Provide visionary leadership to the organization ensuring the fulfillment of its mission and the sustainability of its operations
- Provide interpersonal leadership to staff volunteers and stakeholders
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans in alignment with the
- organization goals
- Manage daytoday operation of organization and oversee the implementation
- improvement monitoring and evaluation of the project
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships for fundraising potential and general
- organizational development
- Ensure and consistent documentation in all program and organizational areas
- Design projects lead the drafting of proposal and fund raising
- Ensure accountability to donors and Board of Directors and other relevant
- stakeholders
- To represent the organization at partner and government meetings donor visits
- audits and special meeting request
- Act as the public face of the NGO representing the organization to various
- stakeholders including government agencies media and public
- Ensure responsibilities financial oversight and planning which include review of
- budget expenditures and general financial wellbeing
- Review and approve financial transactions and initiate yearly financial audits and
- Initiate and oversee continuous improvement of organizational development
- strategies
- Ensure effective and timely communication with and reporting to board of directors donor partner and other relevant stakeholder.
- Prepare monthly and yearly report to board of directors donor and relevant stakeholder
- Other task assigns by Board of Directors.
