Key Responsibilities:
- This positions plays a crucial role in lead management After sales support Client documentation and Accounts receivable.
- Responsible for managing Client Relationship Supporting sales and Marketing process ensuring smooth client journey from initial to post sales support.
- Maintain an ongoing understanding of the client s business environment competitors and industry trends to offer proactive solutions.
- Work closely with the Internal teams marketing and sales teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions to help shape product roadmaps and feature development.
- Provide product training and onboarding.
- Ensure timely resolution of Client complaints.
- Document and track Client issues using CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior teams or management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales technical and product).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in Clientfacing roles (support sales or account management).
- Excellent communication problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Technical aptitude (familiarity with industryspecific software/hardware).
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Identify upsell/crosssell opportunities.
- Conduct regular checkins and satisfaction surveys.
