The role is open to individuals with 3 or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation and were especially interested in those with a knack for firstparty insurance litigation and/or constructiondefect litigation. If youre wellversed in commercial litigation insurance defense construction defect product liability premises liability or bodily injury youre exactly who were looking for.
This position can be remote from anywhere in California

- Proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution including preparing pleadings motion practice conducting depositions and trial work
- Experienced in reviewing claims files and adept at communicating with claims professionals and clients
- A selfstarter and consummate professional
