Position: Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our team in Bowie MD. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations and logistics as well as a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This is a fulltime position with competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and organize incoming shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits
Prepare and package orders for shipment
Deliver materials to customers homes
Clean up job sites after installations including disposing debris and restocking unused materials
Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics
Forklift certification preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
