Job Description

Overview
This role requires driving so candidates must have access to a vehicle. The job includes travel to sites in Stamford Greenwich New Haven CT and Armonk Yorktown Heights NY.

Dress Code
Business casual attire is expected in professional settings such as business/financial organizations and law firms.

Vaccine Requirements
Candidates must be fully vaccinated per CDC guidelines. While proof is not required at the moment it may be needed for future onboarding with various customers especially as at least one of the sites is a hospital. Annual flu vaccination is also required with proof to be provided later.

Perks
After an 8week trial period qualified candidates may be offered permanent employment along with additional compensation benefits and expense reimbursement.

Physical Requirements
This role involves occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds) standing and walking particularly when moving between buildings or during print assignments. Driving is also required. Ideally candidates should reside in the BridgeportNorwalk CT area. Parking expenses may be reimbursed depending on the site.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Temporary to a permanent position

Responsibilities

Position Profile
Reporting to the Managed Service Support Field Managers the Area Customer Service Coordinator supports daily operations and customer service tasks across multiple client locations. This role involves a wide variety of tasks from administrative duties to customer support requiring adaptability to different industries and environments. The position also serves as backup support for onsite staff during absences vacations or other gaps.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations at customer sites within a designated geographical area.
  • Provide coverage for onsite personnel absences including potential site management duties.
  • Travel to alternate sites which may extend commute time beyond the scheduled shift.
  • Assist with process improvements procedural testing and compliance with best practices.
  • Support Field Implementation Managers during new account setups and service expansions.
  • Help onboard and crosstrain new team members.
  • Contribute to developing and updating Site Procedure Guides ensuring consistency and compliance across locations.
  • Conduct routine visual inspections of services for safety and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a customerfocused environment promptly addressing and escalating issues to management.
  • Accurately track and submit monthly expenses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
