Company Overview:
Large Construction Company seeking a Sr. Sales HVAC Mechanical Estimator.
The ideal candidate will have commercial HVAC and plumbing estimating experience.
We specialize in comprehensive HVAC and plumbing construction service
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Seek out new customer relationships and manage existing relationships with a high level of trust and care.
- Organize and maintain accurate project documentation for easy reference.
- Cultivate positive client relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with leadership management operational and accounting staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM:
- Bachelors degree in business mechanical engineering or a related field or equivalent.
- 7 years experience in sales with at least 3 years in HVAC/Plumbing service sales.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Procore and Sage.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations codes and standards.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
