However with a potential base of 4 million companies the current adoption rate is still only 0.1%. This means that 99.9% of potential customers are likely still struggling with their daily inquiries.

  Communication is essential for every company and the challenges of communication vary by company individual and era. Thats why the potential customer base for product R is all 4 million companies in Japan.   As an SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) who supports the core of R you will be entrusted with a wide range of infrastructurerelated tasks such as building and operating infrastructure platforms and other development tasks.

  • Designing implementing and operating infrastructure platforms using AWS
  • Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Designing building and improving services using container environments
  • Designing and operating SLI/SLO/error budgets using observability tools
  • Performance optimization as transaction volumes and data increase
  • Establishing preventive and detective mechanisms for external attacks and addressing vulnerabilities
  • Simple programming using serverless architecture
  • Building and improving CI/CD pipelines
  • Improving the efficiency of the development team and eliminating toil
  • Other activities necessary to improve the service and team including hiring and technical research

  Hiring Background

  With the rapid increase in the number of companies adopting our product use cases and requests are becoming more diverse and there is an increasing need for faster product enhancement and the development of new products.

  The SRE responsibilities have so far been handled by the CTO but as the product grows we now need a second dedicated SRE. You will be entrusted with everything from AWS operations to building the team from scratch to help evolve R. We are looking for a specialist candidate who will support the future of the SRE team. Lets grow the product together!

Minimum Requirements

Annual Salary: 4M 8M JPY

Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Differential working hours are possible after the probationary period.
