Job Description

Position: Customer Support Advisor (European Portuguese)

Location: Lisbon Portugal

Work Schedule:

  • Fulltime position (40 hours per week).
  • Rotating shifts including nights (Monday to Sunday).
  • Two days off per week (rotative).

Contract Duration:

  • Initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of renewal.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: 870 (14 payments throughout the year).
  • Performance Bonus: 80 for every 11 months worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support in European Portuguese through various channels including phone email and chat.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues delivering effective solutions promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant information as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and ensure service excellence.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management.

Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent in European Portuguese (please note that Brazilian and other South American Portuguese speakers will not be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
