Are you passionate about customer service and helping people find exactly what they need We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in St. Louis MO. If you enjoy working in a fastpaced environment have a positive attitude and are ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences this is the role for you!
Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Assistant you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable and satisfying shopping experience. You will assist customers in finding products provide product information maintain store displays and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a wellstocked and organized sales floor ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.
- Handle customer transactions operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Assist with store opening and closing duties including restocking cleaning and ensuring the store is wellmaintained.
- Stay up to date on product knowledge to answer questions and recommend items to customers.
- Work closely with the store team to meet sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not requiredwe provide training!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
- Enthusiasm for helping customers and providing excellent service.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
