Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit an Germanspeaking Partner Support Representative in Barcelona to support customers of a tech brand.
Position: Partner Support Representative
Location: remote Spain
Employment type: Fulltime
Renumeration: base salary bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide Basic SEO optimization recommendations KW gap analysis & partner onsite search recommendations
- Conduct content auditing 1st pass review of online audit results
- Prepare presentation with key takeaways and actions needed for a given partner
- Provide quality checks & feedback to audit agency as required
- Highlight key gaps on partner site and sharing partner level optimization report
- Onboarding and training the partners on best practices in content
- Troubleshoot any contentrelated issues
- Monitor use of toolkit execution
- Track improvements and optimizations provide ROI estimations
- Look after theKPI Performance analysis and optimization recommendations
- Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution
- Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum of 1 year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience
- A university degree in marketing ecommerce business administration preferred but other degrees will be considered
- Excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent presentation skills
- Good computing literacy (Windows Office etc.)
- Drive to work toward goal achievement using negotiation teamwork/collaboration motivation and time/work prioritization
- Knowledge ofeMerchandising techniques and web analytics as well asDigital Marketing and SEO working experience will be an advantage.
