Job Description
Job Overview:
As a Senior Technical Business Analyst you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will focus on programming and writing experience to analyze design and implement systems that meet our clients requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Write detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain programming scripts and tools to automate processes.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and performance.
- Provide ongoing support and training for endusers.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a strong focus on technical aspects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as list relevant languages e.g. Python Java SQL.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of database management and software development life cycles.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
