Job Description
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Functional SAP SD/CS Consultant (Senior Level)
- Location: Porto or Lisbon (negotiable)
- Work Model: Hybrid
DAYTODAY DUTIES:
As a Senior Functional SAP SD/CS Consultant at Top Sigma you will:
- Promote the usage of global business processes and ensure adherence to SAP standards.
- Follow company guidelines and policies related to documentation and process management.
- Identify potential risks and roadblocks supporting business users to ensure maximum adherence to the solution.
- Provide expertise for root cause analysis on escalations from Level 2 support and help in fixing issues or proposing solutions.
- Design enhancements that comply with the existing SAP SD core solution and business needs.
- Prepare general and detailed specifications according to methodology and quality expectations.
- Handover design specifications to the offshore team and manage the transition effectively.
- Handle solution customization and collaborate with the local development team as needed ensuring proper process compliance.
- Provide recommendations on SAP functionalities to improve business operations.
- Ensure verification and regression testing is completed on any SAP solution changes.
- Leverage technical basis knowledge to troubleshoot incidents efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of SAP CS is beneficial for quicker troubleshooting and enhancing support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of experience working with SAP SD.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with debugging and providing L2/L3 support.
- Strong background in solution design customization and SAP process adherence.
- Ability to write detailed specifications and technical documentation.
- Experience with endtoend testing including verification and regression testing.
- Capable of recommending changes and improvements to optimize SAP solutions.
- Hybrid work model (negotiable).
NICE TO HAVE:
- Basic knowledge of SAP CS (Customer Service) module is an advantage.
