Position: Customer Service Representative (Dutch)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels and resolve them promptly
- Maintain expertise in customerspecific applications
- Escalate issues as needed
- Adhere to project procedures and SLAs
- Provide crossteam support when necessary
- Collaborate with supervisors/mentors on specific projects
- Fulfill administrative duties accurately and on time
- Attend team meetings
- Complete additional tasks for improved service quality and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or proficient Dutch language & fluent in English
- Familiarity with IT platforms equipment and applications including Windows MS Office and internet configuration
- Willingness to work in a customer service setting
- Strong customer care skills including active listening and understanding customer needs
- Capability to take ownership of and manage calls to resolution or escalate them when necessary.
