Job Description
As an IT Business Development Representative you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our IT Business Operations. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities building relationships with potential clients and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads qualifying prospects and providing them with support throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various strategies including cold calling email campaigns networking and market research
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers within target organizations
- Understand the value proposition of our IT products/services and effectively communicate how they address the specific needs of potential clients
- Provide consultative guidance and recommend tailored solutions to prospects emphasizing the benefits and return on investment
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of interactions and opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions
- Set measurable goals and objectives for lead generation and conversion rates
- Track and report on key performance metrics regularly such as lead volume conversion rates and revenue generated
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with B2B sales operations and processes is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problemsolving and negotiation abilities
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
