What we want:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented M&A Analyst specializing in Commercial Due Diligence to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for evaluating target companies market positioning competitive landscape and growth potential to support merger and acquisition transactions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform investment decisions.

What we want:
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess the commercial viability of potential acquisition targets.
Evaluate competitive dynamics customer segments and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks associated with prospective deals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Engage with management teams of target companies to understand their business operations strategies and growth plans.
Assist in the development of deal theses and presentation materials for our founder s office.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of target companies and their competitors.
Support postmerger integration efforts by providing commercial insights and tracking market developments.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA & CA preferred.
35 years of experience in M&A investment banking private equity or management consulting with a focus on commercial due diligence.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Proven track record of leading M&A projects from inception through execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel PowerPoint).
Knowledge of various industries and market dynamics is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
