Job Description
Our Client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated associate to join our Corporate M&A practice in our Miami office.
Qualified candidates should have 2 years of business and transactional experience including M&A joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions. Experience in Latin America corporate work is a plus. This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients.
Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement law firm experience and superb writing drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition drive and teamorientation to help grow and support our national practice
