Job Description

Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Facebook Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads and other relevant channels to effectively support the Brand Department s marketing objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic ad targeting and segmentation strategies to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring alignment with overall brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads
  • Manager Google Analytics and TikTok Ads Dashboard providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand Department to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive user engagement.
  • Manage the advertising budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources across campaigns and conducting regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to optimize ad creatives targeting and bidding strategies leveraging data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and advertising technology continuously seeking out new tools and strategies to enhance the company s advertising capabilities.
  • Mentor and support junior team members (e.g. Digital Marketing Executives) in developing their skills and knowledge in digital advertising best practices.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management showcasing campaign results insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.


Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Mass Communication Advertising or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook Google TikTok).
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software including Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads Google Analytics and any relevant social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to enhance campaign performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin capable of effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning for digital marketing campaigns demonstrating an understanding of ROI and performance metrics.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and professional development in digital marketing.
