TrackMaster Mobility is dedicated to providing innovative assistive technology solutions that empower individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to drive sales and growth nationwide.
Position Overview:
The National Sales Director will lead the sales strategy for TrackMaster Mobilitys product line focusing on assistive technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA and possess extensive experience in the medical device sector. This is a commissionbased role offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in Clearwater Florida.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assistive technology products.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers payers (Medicare Medicaid private insurers) and endusers.
Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline track performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Leverage your Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) expertise to provide informed product recommendations and service delivery.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across the U.S. driving market penetration and brand awareness.
Experience in driving sales for mobility devices or assistive technology products.

Qualifications:
Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA recognized by CMS Medicare Medicaid and private insurers.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in the medical device or assistive technology sectors.
Proven experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.
Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance landscapes especially relating to assistive technology and mobility solutions.
Exceptional communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while managing national sales efforts.
