About Us:

TrackMaster Mobility is dedicated to providing innovative assistive technology solutions that empower individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Director to drive sales and growth nationwide.

Position Overview:

The National Sales Director will lead the sales strategy for TrackMaster Mobilitys product line focusing on assistive technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA and possess extensive experience in the medical device sector. This is a commissionbased role offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement based in Clearwater Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to drive revenue growth for assistive technology products.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers payers (Medicare Medicaid private insurers) and endusers.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline track performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Leverage your Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) expertise to provide informed product recommendations and service delivery.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across the U.S. driving market penetration and brand awareness.

  • Experience in driving sales for mobility devices or assistive technology products.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) through RESNA recognized by CMS Medicare Medicaid and private insurers.

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience preferably in the medical device or assistive technology sectors.

  • Proven experience with CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and customer relationships.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance landscapes especially relating to assistive technology and mobility solutions.

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment while managing national sales efforts.

Must be able to travel to / from job location by automobile (personal vehicle). Must be able to pass a basic level physical. Must be able to pass a basic federal background check.
