About Complete Tyre Solutions (CTS):

CTS is a B2B fleet management specialist offering 24/7 breakdown assistance supported by a modern fleet and cuttingedge technology. We assist clients across industries such as mining energy transport civil construction and agriculture employing a datadriven approach to enhance efficiency productivity and safety for our clients.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to drive revenue growth and foster strong client relationships. This role involves servicing statebased and national accounts with a particular focus on Western Australia. While we prefer candidates based in the state we are open to applicants across Australia or those considering relocating to Western Australia. Experience in the tyre sector or a related industry is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts ensuring exceptional service and strong business relationships.
  • Drive new business development across all CTS divisions contributing to groupwide revenue.
  • Collaborate across departments and brands within the Cometti Group to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with key sectors including transport mining materials handling government and civil contracting.
  • Attend trade fairs customer meetings and networking events to establish new relationships and expand the client base.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotes tenders and presentations to meet client requirements.
  • Identify client challenges and propose effective datadriven solutions to position CTS as their trusted partner.
  • Mentor and support internal team members to foster a positive collaborative working environment.

About You:

  • A proven track record in sales account management and business development.
  • Skilled at networking and thrive in a clientfocused environment building strong relationships with decisionmakers across multiple industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
  • Experience delivering highquality quotes tenders and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities with a focus on building longterm trust with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in the tyre sector or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
  • Proactive solutionoriented and passionate about mentoring peers while driving business growth.
