Client Overview:
Our client operates a vibrant and dynamic caf/restaurant known for providing a premium dining experience. With a focus on exceptional service culinary excellence and creating memorable experiences for guests the client is committed to upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Job Purpose:
The Caf/Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of the caf/restaurant. This includes managing staff ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction maintaining quality control and ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food and beverage industry excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all caf/restaurant operations including food preparation presentation and customer service.
- Manage train and supervise staff to ensure excellent service and adherence to company standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Monitor and maintain health and safety standards including cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Ensure proper stock levels and manage supplier relationships.
- Drive sales and profitability by managing operational costs staff efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and maintain loyalty from existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance prepare reports and suggest improvements to meet business targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business or a related field (preferred).
- 5 to 8 years of experience managing cafs restaurants or similar establishments.
- Proven track record in managing teams customer service and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
