Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative who is a native Italian speaker with a strong command of English (minimum B2 level). You will be responsible for assisting customers via email chat and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone email and chat.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Follow up on customer issues until they are fully resolved meeting deadlines and maintaining service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate the efficient processing of customer requests.
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements:
- Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: 1360 euro gross per month (including base salary Christmas allowance holiday allowance and meal allowance).
- Working hours: 40 Hours per week on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday from 06:00 am to 24:00.
- Rotational shifts: You will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break. You will be informed in advance about the working schedule.
- Training: 15 working days (fully paid).
- Vacation: 22 days per year.
